Intel Wants You To Tweet Your Best Haiku

Write a Haiku, Themed "Why I want a Home Server And Be Entered For Your Chance To Win a Home Server from Intel, Microsoft

Gadget-philes that need an excuse to flex their artistic muscle are encouraged to submit an entry to the Intel and Microsoft Home Server Haiku Challenge. The challenge, which asks participants to express how a home server could bring peace of mind to their daily digital lives, will be accepting submissions until December 11. All entries are eligible to win one-of-three home servers that will arrive in time for the holidays to stream and share photos, videos and music with family and friends. Prizes:

Three first prize winners will win a Home Server powered by Intel Inside and Microsoft Windows Home Server software, ten second prize winners will win a Microsoft Zune HD 16 GB digital audio player, and ten third prize winners will win a 1 TB Western Digital Caviar Green Hard Drive.

Contest Details:
  • The contest begins Nov. 16th, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. and ends Dec. 11th, 2009 at 11:59 p.m.
  • One entry per e-mail address
  • You must have a Twitter account to enter
  • 100 entries will be randomly drawn at the end of the contest
  • 23 of the 100 random entries will be judged and selected as winners
  • Winners will be notified by telephone within 10 days after the end of the contest and winning Haikus will be posted on www.intel.com/go/storage
  • Intel and Microsoft may post Haiku entries online and will assume ownership of them
