Lawyers Gearing Up For Possible iPhone 4 Class-Action Lawsuit

Are you one of the 1.7 million new iPhone 4 owners, and are you experiencing the dreaded "grip of death"? If so there may be a lawsuit for that!

"If you recently purchased the new iPhone and have experienced poor reception quality, dropped calls and weak signals, we would like to hear from you," said the law firm Kershaw Cutter & Ratinoff in a recent statement.

Kershaw Cutter & Ratinoff is best known for filing a massice class action lawsuit against Facebook and Zynga, the social gaming company behind Farmville and Mafia Wars, over allegedly misleading third-party offers.

According to their recent statements the firm is actively searching for individuals that might be unhappy with their recently purchased iPhone 4. If they find enough individuals to make a lawsuit work the firm has promised it will head the action and seek adequate compensation from Apple.

So if you are one of the many out there that have complained about problems with your iPhone and you want to try and sign up for a future class action you can contact KCR directly.
